Tax Collector (re-elect)
Debbie Lupold is a longtime East Pennsboro Township resident who has proudly served in the Township Tax Office for 23 years. She became Deputy Tax Collector in 2002 and has served as the elected Tax Collector—certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania—since 2006, providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service to township residents.
Debbie has also been a leader beyond her official role. She served for many years as President of the Cumberland County Tax Collectors Association, was a two-term President of the Fredricksen Library Board and has continued as a Trustee for nearly two decades. She is a founding member and current President of the Friends of the East Pennsboro Library and has volunteered with the East Pennsboro Education Foundation.
Debbie is married to Larry, and together they have two children and one granddaughter. She is seeking reelection as East Pennsboro Tax Collector in 2025, continuing her commitment to serving our community with dedication and care.
